BOOST ADOPTION WORKSHOP (½ DAY)
Our consultants bring you up-to-speed with the tools and approach required to get you to Continuous Delivery with Boost. In this workshop (currently delivered remotely) we will:
Describe the Boost approach and toolkit
Assess the tools aspirations and alignment of the customer’s current Dev/Test/Release stack
Map out the process (steps, quality gates, environments, SLAs, roles, and pain points) that will take us from an idea and that idea becoming a live feature
Identify any process, tools or skills gap
Agree a plan for a RapidStart adoption of Boost with a candidate project

1-WEEK RAPID SETUP
Our experts install and then show you how to manage OpenShift using Boost including the UI Console. We give you peer-to-peer mentoring for your team. You own and adopt the implementation so that you can continue development on your own.

Setup of OpenShift using Boost either on-prem or in a cloud
Scripted install of environments (use our vanilla install and we’ll show you how to customise)
Out-of-the-box DevOps pipeline through all environments to Live
